Yes, if you e-filed a 2019 tax return reporting you are not claimed as a dependent by another person, and your parents' 2019 did not claim you as a dependent, you are "on the list" for a stimulus payment.
If your 2019 tax return has a refund that will be deposited to your bank account, you are also "on the list" to have the stimulus payment deposited directly to your bank account.
If your 2019 tax return did not have a refund deposited to your bank account, or had a payment due, you will get a check instead of a direct deposit unless you provide the IRS with your banking information.
