Most likely, because you've not "quite" got to it yet. It's under the Deductions & Credits tab in the "Estimates & Other Taxes Paid" section. You should take the "visit all" button to work through the whole section so you don't miss anything. But if you want, the first button right under that heading is clearly labeled "Estimates" and that's the button you want.
