two things:
1) IRS FAQ:
a letter about the Payment will be mailed to each recipient’s last known address within 15 days after the Payment is made. The letter will provide information on how the Payment was made and how to report any failure to receive the Payment.
2) please look at your tax return. where you children are listed, WAY OVER to the right, there are check marks,. listed under "child tax credit" and "other dependent tax credit" Can you please respond and tell me under which column the check marks are noted? that MAY point us to the reason you didn't get the stimulus. you'll need to understand this before that letter above comes
