According to irs the injured spouse will have to refile form 8379 for the stimulus payment. I file the form every year and did file it with 2018 and 2019 tax return and they still took my portion of the stimulus payment. Recieved a letter in the mail stating I had to complete the form 8379 to recieve my stimulus payment
