Doesn't this mean Turbo Tax should be out here explaining this situation. I mean Told you yesterday that I was guided through filing my return through one of TT's Tax professionals and still I didn't receive the 500 dollars for my children possibly because of an error caused by Turbo Tax and this Child Tax Credit VS. Credit For Other dependants. TURBO TAX needs to rectify this asap.
