I see you guys aren't even addressing the fact that so many of the users of TurboTax haven't received their payments because of miscommunication with the IRS. It seems you guys are blaming the IRS and the IRS is blaming you. However, as usual, it's the customers who are the ones suffering. And, you guys don't seem to be in any hurry to correct your mistakes. If you were, you would be communicating what's being done to correct the situation very openly. Instead, we're left to scour through these never ending message chains to find out why we haven't received our stimulus money.
