I filed married/jointly w/ 1 dependent in 2018, we owed and paid our taxes that were due. I had an AGI less than $150,000. I have not filed 2019 as of yet but will by July 15th. Why am I getting the message, "eligibility cannot be determined"? I am not getting the answer on the IRS website?
