@Mhale629 It is the IRS that states whether your return was accepted or not. Accepted only means that your return was transmitted to the IRS. It does not mean that the IRS has fully processed your return. Since the IRS is behind, it can be very likely that they have not entered your 2019 information into their system. That is why your 2018 information went through.
