By this point in time, I'm actually convinced that is the case.
Somehow, TurboTax has screwed up and the IRS doesn't have my filling info for 2019 — which, ironically, is the only year I've filed to date (since I started working that year).
Now I can't file through the "never filed" options, and can't even use the IRS's self-filing options.
This is the only conclusion I can reach when the IRS's tools say their information doesn't match with mine, when there is literally no other information in record and I filed in January precisely to avoid these kind of issues.
