I am in the same predicament as everyone on this page in regards to my stimulus money was also taken in addition with my husbands for back child support. I filed our 2019 tax return along with the form 8379 and we received our two letters yesterday stating that they took my 1200.00 and put towards his back child support. The letter also stated to fill out the form 8379 which I was about to fill out until I read these posts. I also would like to know if the 2nd stimulus package goes into affect for the 2000.00 a month for 6 months are they going to take that from us also? I heard that they are in discussion in regards to a 6 month stimulus package. There has got to be something that can be done about this!
