I am furious. After 14 years of using turbo tax I cannot efile. This is a SCAM Operation. I ordered and paid for a Federal Filing, and 1 free state, and I cannot efile. I am 75 yrears old, my wife is 83. We have an entire lifetime of error free tax filing many of those years thru Turbo Tax. AND this year it is urgent we file electronically, as we were exposed to COVID 19 in Chine and Vietnam. YOUR COMPANY HAS TURNED INTO A SCAM OPERATION. Will not let me efile. So I am mailing in my return. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER again use Turbo Tax. AND tell all my friends to not attempt to use Turbo Tax, it is a scam. Take my money then cannot file. You should be ashamed of the way you treat a veteran of this country.
