My 2018 return was filed with my bank information and deposited that way, my 2019 return I used Turbocard opted for advance refund and had my filing fees deducted from the refund. I didn’t receive a refund on the Turbocard so I entered my bank info which is same account as 2018 return on 04/15 and I still haven’t received a updated scheduled payment date just confirmation it will be deposited and to wait for a payment date. My fiancé is on Ssdi didn’t file taxes for 2018 or 2019 and he too didn’t receive a refund either so he Entered his info on the nonfiler tool also and received successful efile confirmation but still no stimulus refund or updated scheduled payment information so I don’t believe anything that the IRS or TurboTax says because it’s all chaotic misinformation and nothing is aligned across the board. Some people are receiving it on their Turbocard some people received it in their bank account and didn’t use the payment tool they were anticipating it on their card some people are being told it will be mailed and most aren’t getting any payment updates.
