Cannot efile Federal due to "missing forms" (yes, I've searched)

I've spent hours reading literally dozens of posts that describe generally this problem, but no "solutions" provided. This seems to be a pervasive issue.

Running Home & Business on Windows desktop. At end of Federal return review, it tells me I cannot file because 3 forms are missing-- Schedule A, Schedule C, and 8995. Each of these forms have been listed as AVAILABLE on TT support site for weeks. I have done the following--

Update TT via menu Online | Check for updates.

Update TT via Analysis | "We'll help you file your taxes soon" page (the one that tells me forms are missing) | Update Now button.

Full uninstall and reinstall of TT (I've done this _3_ times, each with appropriate reboot afterward.

Run "state loop" patch (even though I have yet to begin any state return-- waiting to eFile federal before starting state-- it does tell me there's a state filing up in the top of the application next to Federal Refund box (it has a State Refund box). I have never expressly told it my state info beyond my current address in the Personal Info section and what the program may have gleaned from W-2's.

Last night, after the _3rd_ uninstall/reinstall, with no change in behavior, I clicked the "Email me when these forms are ready" link on the "We'll help you finish your taxes soon" page. I entered my email address. This morning I received an email from TT telling me the forms are "ready" -- of course they are... they've been listed as ready for several weeks, so it just batch processed my email request and notified me. However, the program STILL won't acknowledge or update or anything... just sits stuck at the above page stating that the 3 forms will be "ready soon."

I have a fully completed federal tax file that I'd like to submit. I have a refund coming, so there is no benefit to me procrastinating until the new July deadline.

To get past the obvious responses... I've cleared my cache, I've rebooted several times, my computer is plugged in, I have read pages and pages of similarly described problems (none of which seem to have any working answers-- just all the things I've tried above). System is fully patched WIN10 desktop. I am using the Home & Business package (NOT browser-based product).
