Mine was messed up, as well. Turbo Tax is covering up the problem. I filed thru Turbo Tax and provided my banking info and payment was withdrawn. I did not receive a check. IRS site confirms my eligibility, but I had to give them my banking info, again. I think it is a Turbo Tax problem
