My credit card got charged twice
When I was submitting my payment prior to e-filing, I forgot to check mark the little box that says to use the same address for my credit card billing. I hit submit, and immediately got notification on my cell phone that a charge for turbo tax had been charged to my credit card account. However, the Turbo Tax website stated that there was a problem with my payment, which was that I had not check marked the box for using my address as the credit card billing address. So in order to get to the next screen to do the E-filing, I had to fill the credit card info form out again, and submit it again. Immediately, I was texted ANOTHER notification that my credit card had been successfully billed.
I need to have one of these charges reversed!
