Get your taxes done using TurboTax
The only thing that I can think of is if you are trying to enter too many characters in the address line. If this is the case, you could abbreviate something in the address such as N for North, St for Street, Ste or # for Suite, etc. If the address has an Attn: line that makes it way too long, you could move the Attn: line up to the 2nd line after the employer's name, because there are two lines for that. I tried to get my TurboTax to reject my employer's address with and without punctuation, entering the wrong zip code, leaving out the entire address, etc., and the only way I could get it to produce an error message was by entering too many characters in the address line.
