What if you call the number mentioned by on https://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc203 (If you don't receive a notice, contact the BFS's TOP call center at [phone number removed] ) but they say no offsets found on account and IRS office are closed due to COVID-19. How can we still know what happened? In my case, it's 10x lower than the turbo tax mentioned. And IRS login (https://sa.www4.irs.gov/eauth/pub/login.jsp) account shows no taxes owed last couple of years too. My state already deducted the amount owed to them and even if I add what I had to pay state tax + reduced refund I got it's still 10-15% gap between what I get vs what TurboTax told me
