Hi Catina, could you comment on my post that I believe that most of the issues here stem from page 1 of the return, and due to the questions asked about how long the child lived with you in 2019, it directed people to possibly select the wrong answer due to the language awkwardly phrased, thus having them claim their child as Other dependent instead of the Child Tax Credit. ITS was looking for the latter and if it noted a child was an other dependent they would not receive the $500 for that child.
