Yes - any finalized forms that have been generated by TurboTax after you've selected 'file by mail' as your filing method should be sent.
You can review this through TurboTax:

Sign in, then Continue your/take me to my return or pick up where I left off

NOTE: If you already filed your return, you won't see the above. Instead - go to your Tax Timeline and click Add a state under Some things you can do (don't worry, we're not really adding a state - but it will allow you to make changes).

Choose My Account in the right corner, then Print Center

Print, save or preview this year's return (may require payment)
- Select Forms filed with the government from the drop-down. Search for your state return - any forms found are required to be sent to your state's tax agency.
