I did use Turbo Tax Delux to do my 2019 taxes and it would not allow me to submit the filing electronically as I have done for the past 10 years. The 2019 income of $13,000 qualified me for $1,200 EIP. I mailed the filing March 15, 2019 using the Turbo Tax printed filing material. I blame Turbo Tax for this screw up. What can I do?
