Yes they are crooks!! They stole money from my account and would not file my tax return unless I paid them 120.00. I qualify for free filing through the IRS.. I then tried to delete my account and I fixed my taxes through a reputable company., even though I didn’t file my taxes through this con of a company they took money out of my account and said they will debit my account again for next year... I am furious and reported them to FTC and also the IRS. Don’t use them or you will need an attorney to fix what they do to you!!!!!
