I need to know this too, I'm commenting in hopes of bumping this post. I bet if they answered this question and resolved it with an easy update to their lost login system their phone queue would drop.
posting this on every question I see that has to do with this issue! Stupid that you can't reset your password without knowing the card number. That should be an option. I have NEVER had a company not allow for a password reset without the flippin account number! ugh!
