The definition of full-time employment can vary by state and for the purpose of the question, but as a general rule it is:
"Any employee who works an average of at least 30 hours per week for more than 120 days in a year. Part-
time
employees work an average of less than 30 hours per week.
The IRS Definition of Full-Time Employee:
For purposes of the employer shared responsibility provisions, a full-time employee is, for a calendar month, an employee employed on average at least 30 hours of service per week, or 130 hours of service per month.
