Basically, the question was, most people I know got their stimulus checks this morning. I did not. I filed my 2019 tax return through Turbo Tax, HOWEVER, I think the reason why I didn’t get the stimulus payment is because while I was filing the 2019 tax return, I accidentally claimed myself as a dependent. I am not a dependent. I am 19 years old, not a full time student, and I am making roughly $24,000 a year right now. How can I get this fixed so I can get my stimulus check? I do not qualify as a dependent.
