I received a 1099-Misc from a direct sales company that I work for. All of the boxes are either blank or say zero. Box #9 is checked, which says "Payer made direct sales of $5000 or more of consumer products to a buyer for resale." I bought over $5000 worth of inventory from this company, but have only sold around $3000.
