If you have a physical copy of your 1099B, you can summarize your transactions in turbo Tax instead adding one sale at a time. After your summary transactions are reported, you can electronically file but turbo Tax will instruct you to print out form 8453, which will be part of your return. You will send in an 8453 plus a copy of your Schedule B in accordance to the mailing and filing instructions Turbo Tax will provide to you.
