That may be correct... that the cards for advances are different. I know the card I have wasn’t that type since I did not take an advance. The one I have shows truly like a bank account and allows everything that a back account would... dd (even offers money for setting up dd) money transfers, check cashing etc. These cards make sense to have the money deposited from even the banks perspective as they would receive kick back from usage as that’s how a lot of these digital type banks work they want your money in the account so you use the cards.
