Yes I understand, that's the category that I fit under. I'm typically not required to file any income taxes because I don't have any income. When I gave my information to the TurboTax website I reported my income as $0 but they changed it to $1 for some reason. I was not intending to file taxes because I'm not required to I was under the assumption that that was the correct avenue to get my direct deposit information to the IRS
