The web portal from the IRS won't let me submit my direct deposit and banking information because it say's I already submitted a return so it won't let me give my needed information to them, my income is $0 so I would have no reason to file income taxes normally but I did because I was led to believe that that was the direct avenue of getting my information to the IRS to recieve the stimulus check assistance.
