They gave me one in 2018, I tried to file my taxes, I gave the PIN code to the prepare, they did not insert my PIN code and I've been waiting on a new pin code for 2019 and have not received one yet. The IRS said they did not receive my taxes for 2018,and now I can't file for 2019. I really need help with this.
