Hello, this issue was never resolved. I spoke to Support again, shared screens and walked them through the problem with multiple attempts to fix it and they concurred it is an issue with the software. I was provided a refund, but now have to print out and mail in the TN return instead of e-filing.
Someone on the SW team should look at this bug.
