TurboTax Support won't phone you overseas. Are you saying that you cannot phone a USA 800 number for TurboTax? I know some countries or military situations don't allow that.

Why are you unable to get the 2018 AGI online? What was the roadblock?
And by getting it "online" are you referring to the IRS website (for a transcript), or your Online TurboTax account to download a copy?
If it was prepared in Online TurboTax, we may be able to tell you in this user community forum how to find the account with your 2018 return and how to access it or view the 2018 AGI.
