Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Unfortunately, clearing the cache, deleting cookies, and restarting the computer hasn't worked. This is using Firefox, which is my default browser. I have also tried Edge and Chrome and have had the same issue.

 

"Free Edition (without PLUS): When you select Talk to a specialist, you'll be asked to add PLUS benefits first." Does this mean that I have to pay $30 to get tech support for an improperly functioning web page?
