I was just on a call with support, but we ended up getting disconnected before fixing the issue.
I have deleted the address in the lower and upper text boxes. I've run smart check again and it asks me to enter an address. I've entered in the address, hit continue and I get the same error.
I've deleted the address (left it blank) and gone back and started the TN state over. It says it brings in the Federal Return information, but it actually doesn't because I get the same error saying my address is blank. The Federal return has the correct and was submitted with the address.
Support asked me to delete the form, but I cannot since it does not give me the option to delete the Information Worksheet. I deleted the other two forms under the TN section and re-ran the return and got the same error.
Basically, something is messed up.
Any other help you can send my way would be very appreciated!
