Thanks for the reply, I really appreciate it.

Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to delete my TN State filing.  I have already paid and e-filed my Federal and GA state returns. I have also paid for my TN return, but cannot e-file it due to this error. My only options are Edit the TN return or 'Start Over'. Both yield the same results with this error, preventing it from e-filing and asking me to print and file via postal mail.

Here are the full details of what happened.

I currently live overseas and my address is very long. It accepted without issue in my Federal and carried over to my GA return.

On the last step of my TN return, it threw an error saying "my address exceeds 23 characters" or something very similar.  I then changed my address in the form -- there are two field to type this in, I think I typed it into the actual worksheet. It then threw the error I'm receiving now.

I went back to my Federal form and changed the address there (to the shorter one) and it carried over to both the TN and GA returns.  However, the error still occurs in the TN return.

I've cleared the address, changed it in both text boxes and logged off of my computer, closed chrome, and the error still occurs.  

This is clearly a bug.  Is there a way to reach out to customer service directly via email? The call-me-back service is not working for me since I'm overseas. I also need to e-file.
