I've had this problem 3 years in a row. It's classic bait and switch fraud. For the previous 2 years it has taken an actual phone call to the Support department to get instructions to opt out. Every year they promise me it's a known issue and it'll never happen again, but it does. And this year the support department is even harder to reach. This is my last year with Turbo Tax
