My wife is student in US but already has a foreign degree, can I still use the 1098-T she has for going to school in the USA?
My wife has a bachelor degree from another country. She is going to school here again and working on an associate degree (irrelevant field to her foreign BS degree). Can we claim for the American Opportunity Credit?
