NO they will NOT ... it cannot happen. The federal balance due can never be paid with the state refund automatically as the fed & state systems do not interact. In the FILE tab step 2 this was not one of the options you were presented ... you have until 7/15/2020 to pay the federal balance due in full to avoid penalties and interest.
