You all need to know then that someone named Gustavo, who signed the message, (I'm pasting a copy of his email that came to me from Turbo Tax below) stating he was a CPA for 17 years, sent me a link in an email to go to the "message my expert" link and upload my documents- when I clicked the link, there was a note that told me to log on to my turbotax account and push the "message my expert" link. Now you say there is no such thing, and I tend to agree because I cannot find it on the site. This is all very discouraging- you can look at my records and verify this, I've spent 4 or 5 hours long calls with your experts since October of last year, each phone call we've been on the phone an average of 2 to 3 HOURS- and I've been told conflicting things by each of your experts. I just wanted to get my taxes fixed and I am very, very discouraged, indeed to have spent so many days and hours on this and to now not have a finished amendment. Here is the message I received from Gustavo:
