Other e-file companies allow you to enter bank info, even when you're not receiving a refund.
This non-feature in TurboTax is a pure disregard for customer service.
I was stupid to file my taxes with your service without a looking at the others first.
I promise to never again use TurboTax, and I'll be telling my friends and family not to use it too.
