If you meet the qualifications to be claimed as a dependent, then you would not receive the stimulus check even if they choose not to claim you. You would need to mark that you cannot be claimed as a dependent, and you would need to not qualify to be claimed.
You would qualify to be a dependent of your parents if:
- you are under age 19
- you are age19-23 and a full-time student and receive more than half of your support from your parents
- you are permanently disabled
