Get your taxes done using TurboTax

If your return was rejected due to last year's AGI, then you will need to sign in to your account and select the Fix my return button. Then follow any “fix it” instructions to update the information causing the rejection, and continue through to refile your return. 

The previous answer includes the directions below which will get you back to the 2018 AGI section in TurboTax Online:

  1. Sign in and open your return, if you haven't already done so.
  2. From the left menu, select File (tap in the upper-left corner to expand the menu on mobile devices).
  3. Select Start next to Step 3 (if needed, revisit Steps 1 and/or 2 to activate Step 3).
  4. Select I want to e-file.
  5. Continue until you see the place to enter your 2018 AGI.
