no. the iRS will direct deposit into your bank account if that info was on your return otherwise you'll likely get a checki in the mail. however, the process is still being work on so the IRS may announce procedures for how those who didn't have bank account info on the return can still get a direct deposit. if you don't have a bank account, you may have to wait for a check - no idea as when you would get it.
