You have two options to resolve your issue:
- Wait for Form 8822-B to be released and then e-file your return.
- Remove Form 8822-B from your return and then e-file.
To delete Form 8822-B follow these steps:
- With TurboTax open select Tax Tools in the left panel.
- Select tools
- Select delete forms
- Select delete on the line for Form 8822-B
- Select Delete Selected Form
