Assuming you had some form of health insurance while a full-time student -- and you were covered by one policy or another for all 12 months -- then when you tell TurboTax that you were covered all year, that will eliminate the penalty for not having health insurance. That is the very first question in the Healthcare section.
If your coverage while a student was a policy thru the Marketplace and you were issued a Form 1095-A, then you'll need to enter that into TurboTax.
