Turbo Tax assists in providing the form and prompts for the responses to the required fields, but you have to print it and mail it with USPS. I am concerned about mailing because IRS has posted on their website that they are operating with limited staff due to COVID-19, and also advised the public not to call them. I would like an electronic means to submit this form to ensure that it is processed.
