I had the software on the CD and filed the Federal but was unable to download state at the time (it wasn't available yet). I am unable to access my computer so I filed through the web app but it still tries to file federal first. I followed the link and got to this step
- 5.On the Let's get your state taxes done right screen, select Continue and follow the instructions.
but it doesnt give me the option to skip federal
