To remove Form 1095-A from your tax return enter follow these steps:
- With TurboTax open enter 1095-A in the search window
- Click on Jump to 1095-A in the results window
- On the page Did you receive Form 1095-A for your health insurance plan? select no.
- TurboTax will create Form 8962 if you have entered Form 1095-A data. You will need to remove Form 8962 if one was created.
To delete Form 8962 follow these steps:
- With TurboTax open select Tax Tools in the left panel.
- Select tools
- Select delete forms
- Select delete on the line for Form 8962
- Select Delete Selected Form
