Will I receive the $500 for my son in the stimulus check if my ex claimed him per the court order?

My son's information is on my 2019 tax return as my dependent (but then again not really my dependent?) but per the court order, his father was allowed to claim him for the Child Tax Credit for the 2019 tax year. Does this mean I won't receive the $500 for my son even though he lived with me the whole year of 2019? I was only able to claim the EIC and Dependent Care Credit for 2019, but not the Child Tax Credit. I have submitted an amended return claiming my son as a dependent because my ex didn't pay child support last year, but the IRS doesn't seem to have received it yet, I mailed it on 03/09/2020.
