Are you receiving your error on a state return as well? Along with entering the information on the Federal My Info tab only, review the information in the state screens. Verify that you have not entered this information again separately. You may try deleting the state and re-entering the information or deleting the state worksheet.
- Under Tax Tools, choose Tools
- Choose Delete a Form
- Scroll through your return until you find state information worksheet, click Delete to the right of the form
- Confirm that you wish to delete the form
